You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Smart Doc Hub.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or access credentials with others.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform

All content, software, and technology used in the Service are the intellectual property of Somy Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

Smart Doc Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somy Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notice.
